Dave Heller, Director A Ranked Choice Voting advocate since 2000, Heller worked on the 2003 RCV campaign in San Francisco and was the campaign coordinator for the 2004 campaign in Berkeley, California, which won with more than 72% of the vote. He was elected as a Board Member of Californians for Electoral Reform (www.CfER.org). He recently moved back to his hometown of Rhinebeck, NY and is ready to bring election reform to New York State. David Giannascoli, PhD, Treasurer Giannascoli was a School Psychologist with the Poughkeepsie City Schools and retired in 2002 after 32 years.  He was an Adjunct Instructor at Marist College for over twenty years as a trainer of School Psychologists.  He has served as treasurer of the New York State Counseling Association and Springside Landscape Restoration Inc. for over twenty years.  He has been a New York State resident since entering Marist College in 1965.  He holds a PhD from New York University in Community Health, with a specialization in  the area of mental health.

Victoria Alexander, PhD, Secretary Alexander worked as a volunteer with Free & Equal Elections Foundation 2013-2015. In 2018 and 2020 she ran for Congress in NY19 on the Libertarian line with ranked choice at the top of her platform. See DirectDemocracyUS.org. She is a philosopher of science, former Fulbright Scholar, former Public Scholar with the NY Council for the Humanities and a Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center alum. Adam Friedman, National Coordinator Friedman is the founder and interim Executive Director of Rank the Vote. Previously, he founded Voter Choice Massachusetts, the nation’s largest statewide movement to advance Ranked Choice Voting, where he has served as Chair of the executive board and as Executive Director.  Adam has also served on the boards of MassVOTE and Common Cause MA.. In his career as a software engineer and entrepreneur, under the brand Civera, Adam created the first searchable public database of official election statistics on behalf of the Secretary of Massachusetts and four other US states. Adam lives in Somerville, MA and holds a BA in History from Boston University.

Manda Weintraub, Social Media Team. Weintraub is a 1983 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, worked in Manhattan as a corporate real estate attorney and a staff member at Cardozo Law School. Prior to attending law school, Manda resided in Washington, DC. She was on the legislative staff of a NYS Congressman and later worked as a lobbyist, representing media producers of learning materials for physically and mentally disabled schoolchildren K-12. She and her husband presently live in Saugerties, NY.

David Edinger, Technology Team Leader Edinger is the Senior Programmer at SUNY Ulster. He lives in West Shokan with his wife and two teen children where he is active on the Olive Free Library Board,  the Olive Conservation Advisory Council and coaching soccer.  He has a BS in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Florida.
